The purpose of this Dashboard is to further breakdown your Agent statuses.
It utilises the Agent Status Breakdown Widget and the Agent Information Widgets to show all agents and their statuses. This Dashboard builds on the use of the Agent Summary Widget and the adjustment of filters to breakdown the individual statuses such as:
This view quickly enables you to view in real time all Agents within a particular status, giving you a better understanding of who is doing what at any given moment.
