Description

The HTML5 Media Player widget allows for the native presentation of audio and video within your Create page/form, without the need for IFrames.
You can define a media source (URL):

  • directly in the widget settings as a string
  • as a variable
  • in a property
  • from a locally uploaded file stored as either an asset, or within a file property or a file object

If your media is hosted externally you will need to ensure you configure the firewall to enable access and allow cross-origin resource sharing.
The widget also allows you to disable the media player’s controls, set the media to auto-play, loop it, disable picture-in-picture features and/or set a placeholder image.
