The Management of Ideas
Ideation is the management of ideas. Giving individuals the ability to submit an idea, a research / transformation team to review and progress these ideas, whilst requesting SMEs to provide feedback on the idea.
The culmination of this process is:
Developing a business case for an idea which is considered of value
Holding an idea which isn’t being progressed in the idea pool for future reference
Linking those ideas together which have common themes
Rejecting the idea as unsuitable
