Description

This template adds the Lean Waste Custom Field to your workspace.

The Custom Field will be available to use on all your processes to tag process steps with different types of waste.

The Lean Waste tool is a powerful way to identify process improvements by looking at your process through different ‘waste’ lenses.

Walk through a process with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts and discuss the potential for different types of waste at each stage.

Tag that step with the waste type and a description.

Report on types of waste and produce an analysis based on process, role or system in the Analytics section.
