Map Search Presenter

This presenter is similar to the ‘standard’ out of the box presenter, with the following differences:

• A text search box to find places and jump to them
• Customisable map markers. A number of shapes are provided and the colour is customisable
• Marker Animation
• Selected location automatically centred on the map so does not vanish when zooming.
• Map marker can be dragged as well as the map.
• Map shows points of interest as well as terrain.
