This application is designed for NHS Hospitals and other NHS buildings.
This estate can be difficult to navigate for individuals not familiar with the buildings and even with maps and signage, can get lost or need to ask for directions.
The application allows a hospital to build up a library of locations in the property, then the entrances, then set a ‘route’ between the two, with a summary of the route directions, a map and images of the entrance and location for easy familiarity when the individual reaches their destination. An email (or sms if the Netcall customer has opted for this feature) can be be sent to a patient for an appointment, allowing them to scan a code on an entrance, then showing a route to the appointments location. A general ‘entrance’ to ‘location’ page, for visitors without appointments or for patients who wish to navigate in general (to a coffee shop in the hospital for example) is also included.
