The Report It Accelerator captures and processes Customer requests or incidents.
It provides a simple, web-facing interface between the Customer and the Service provider for day to day interactions. Typical applications would be an Incident Reporting page for a Council or a Service Request page within the private sector.
The request is managed through the process via the Agent screens, with Customer alert emails or texts being sent out at various milestones. Incident types can be created to tailor the Accelerator to for unique business requirements.
