This application is designed to provide an organisation with the ability to capture their staff members skills, scoring themselves out of 10 for each skill and providing comments on these skills. Skills are captured into categories to make filtering easy and organise the questions. Data can be exported from the application, though it does include reporting to measure staff in the application. Skills can be set to be inactive so as to no longer appear in future versions. Features include • Set up skill categories and skills in these categories. These can be imported. • Imported users are automatically invited into the application • General users log into the application, either with random generated password or (with a mobile number provided on import) via a sms authorisation code. • Users complete easy to to view matrixes • Review matrix results and arrange training accordingly where needed. Data can also be exported.
