Sliding Boolean Switch

This is a simple presenter which enables entry of Boolean values using a customisable.

When the default ‘Editable Field’ is selected clicking the icon will toggle the switch between On and Off states. It can be used in forms and anywhere a Boolean presenter is selectable.

The switch is customisable in size, shape and colour.
Size:                      Default large, Boolean value to select Small Size
Shape:                  Default Rounded Edges, uncheck to make it square corners
Colours:               Default Grey off/Blue on/White slider. All can be customised
