The Virtual Visits accelerator, built using Liberty Create 2020.1 and Amazon Chime, offers a flexible application for scheduling visits or requesting information around a specific location. Designed for organisations with field staff, it prioritises virtual visits to reduce costs and adapt to social distancing considerations, while still allowing for planned on-site visits when necessary.

This accelerator simplifies the visit management process, enabling surveyors to log requests, schedule visits (on-site, remote, or information requests), and allowing location contacts to suggest alternative dates. It facilitates communication between parties, captures valuable feedback and documents, and provides reporting on visit statuses and outcomes.
