The Liberty Click to Dial with TPS Presenter allows logged in Liberty Users with an assigned agent user ID within Mats to dial any number via Liberty and be allocated to the correct queue. The optional TPS element prevents Liberty users from marketing to restricted users on the Telephone Preference Service register.
