CH Modules are designed to help accelerate a council’s implementation of a particular service delivery.  The CH Modules are designed to work as part of the Netcall CH Framework and therefore both CH Central and CH Host  are prerequisites.

The CH Framework has been created in a way that allows you to download and deploy these accelerators yourself.  Alternatively, this can be done in partnership with Netcall, and we offer a dedicated CH Training course to help you learn to deploy, create and share your own CH add-ons.

The CH Garden Waste Module provides access for members of the public to request the delivery of new Garden Waste Bins and also to register for the collection of their Garden Waste bins. The module includes the application form which will automatically populate with the details of the applicant including their Name, contact preferences and their home address..  The application form supports the ability to request additional bins and to specify how many bins they would like collecting.  The form includes a calculation of the cost for the collection of their Garden waste based on the number of bins specified for collection.

Once a form has been submitted a case and workflow process are started in CH managing the life cycle of the request. This includes the ability to confirm whether a payment has been made.  The module doesn't include any integration to a payment engine because each Council are likely to use their own payment engine, however this can be added to the module and included as part of the initial form prior to submission.,

The customer is kept informed of the progress of their case at all stages and the process also includes emails to notify the back office team that new bins are required and/or that a new customer has signed up to have their Garden Waste collected.

The module can be expanded to include additional questions and additional process steps to suit a particular council’s requirement. Although the module doesn’t include any integrations, using the Liberty Create integrations features the accelerator can easily be expanded to include integration to a back office or external contractor's solution if required.
